InterVal's multiple-agency feature provides you with the flexibility to manage your organization's different agencies effectively. This powerful tool allows you to customize templates, clauses, and work processes according to each agency's specific requirements and locations. With this feature, users can seamlessly work across multiple agencies, enhancing productivity and adaptability within your organization.

- New Agency: The "New Agency" button allows you to create and add a new agency to your organization.
- Total Agencies: This module displays the total number of agencies within your organization.
- Assignments: The "Assignments" module shows the total number of assignments across all agencies in your organization.
- Terms of Engagement: This module indicates the total number of Terms of Engagement (TOEs) for your entire organization.
- Search by Name: The search bar enables you to filter the agency table by searching for a specific agency name.
- Search by City: This search bar allows you to filter the agency table by searching for agencies based on their city.
- Reset: Clicking the "Reset" button clears any applied filters and returns the agency table to its original state.
- Agency Table: The agency table lists all the agencies within your organization, with each row representing a single agency.
- Agency Details: For each agency, this section displays the number of assignments and terms of engagement, categorized by their status (Draft, Ongoing, Completed).
- Action Buttons: The action buttons allow you to perform various tasks for each agency:
- Tooltip: Hover over this icon to view more details about the selected agency.
- Edit: Click this button to access the agency form and make changes to the agency's information.
- Delete: Use this button to remove an agency from your organization. Note that an agency cannot be deleted if it has any linked assignments or terms of engagement.
